The fully fitted kitchen, on a ceramic tiled floor, has modern storage units and fitted appliances which include a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.

A utility room has the washing machine and tumble dryer, and the iron and ironing board. There is an outside clothes line.
The dining table has seating for six, but can take eight.

Electricity is included.
