The kitchen and dining area to the left of the front entrance, is pictured above.

The fitted kitchen, on a ceramic tiled floor, has modern storage units with integrated appliances that include an electric hob and oven, a dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and grill; along with essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.
An iron and ironing board, and an outside clothes line are included.
The dining table has seating for six.

Electricity is included.
