What they say

Jean – overall we were more than happy and certainly intend to return. The main point of difference which we noticed was that the house is presented as a home as opposed to a holiday rental house which very much set it apart from other cottages which we have rented around Ireland.
Everything from the beds to the TV right down to the kitchen utensils was the best of quality - this was very noticable and set it apart for me. The view and the walks around the quiet roads were also highlights – the house is very close to Atlantic Drive and Downings itself but far enough away that it feels very peaceful.
I cant really think of anything you could do to improve it. The one and only thing is that we had a couple of very sunny days and a little paved area to the rear of the sun room might have been good to eat outside and watch the sun go down. There maybe arent enough sunny days to justify the cost though. Overall, a first class place to stay and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it!
