The Townhouse - Dunfanaghy

The Townhouse is a superbly located, modern, holiday home less than 5 minutes walk from the centre of Dunfanaghy village and all its amenities. The first tee at the delightful Dunfanaghy Golf Club is just a few minutes walk away.

The property also has the advantage of being on a site with direct access to the wonderful, blue flag, Killahoey beach.

Accommodation comprises a spacious ground floor living room and kitchen/dining area. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms ( 2 double and 1 single) and a family bathroom. Outside there is ample car parking to the rear of the house together with a separate store. To the front is an enclosed garden in lawn.

Surrounding Area

The village of Dunfanaghy itself is located on the shores of Sheephaven Bay and is surrounded by spectacular coastal and mountain scenery. The holiday home has direct access to the beautiful Killyhoey Beach - a three mile stretch of golden sand providing safe bathing

In addition to Killahoey there are three other magnificent beaches in this beautiful part of Donegal - Ards, Tramore and Marble Hill. Overlooking Marble Hill Strand is the superb new Shandon Hotel Spa and Wellness Centre. This modern Spa has a hydrotherapy floor and 8 treatment rooms. In Dunfanaghy there is a water sports shop where you can hire equipment and book lessons in windsurfing etc. You can enjoy horse riding lessons - operating from behind Arnolds Hotel, a short walk from the Townhouse.

The village of Dunfanaghy - and the nearby village of Portnablagh - are popular tourist resorts with lively pubs and a good choice of restaurants. There is something for everyone in this beautiful area, from horse-riding to golf, from browsing around the local art galleries to taking leisurely strolls along the magnificent beaches
