Beautiful spacious and modern cottage style newly built townhouse, 3 minutes walk from the heart of Dunfanaghy village and all its amenities: hotel, restaurants, pubs, convenience stores, craft shops, art gallery and water sport shop. The golden Killahoey Beach and picturesque Sheephaven Bay are but a short stroll away. Dunfanaghy Golf Links, Marble Hill Beach and Ards National Forest Park and the spectacular scenic Horn Head drive are a short distance away by car.

The main beach at the village is the golden Killahoey Strand and a brief walk away is the secluded picturesque Tramore Strand. The equally splendid beaches of Marble Hill, Falcarragh and Ards are a brief drive away and all are excellent for both family and avid water sports enthusiasts alike– sea kayaking, wind surfing and diving being very popular in the region.

Local Attractions

This is the ideal base for your family holiday in Donegal one hour from Derry Airport and two and a half hour from Belfast. Local attractions include Glenveagh National Park, Tory Island, Errigal and Muckish Mountain, excellent climbs for both novice and experienced hill walkers alike with breath taking views. There are also excellent horse riding and golf courses in the region.

Close by are The Poison Glen, Dunlewey Lakelands, Ards Forest Park and the surfers haven of Magheraroarty Strand renowned for its year round quality surf.

  Living Area

The living room is located to the front of the house and has a natural stone open fireplace and is spacious and completely open planned with TV, DVD and stereo and a collection of books and board games. It is a spacious and elegantly furnished room with leather furniture and features a solid pine wood floor.

Tariff

Booking Details

The cottage has a no-smoking policy. Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid four weeks prior to the letting period.

• rental is Sat - Sat except by special arrangement
• check out 12 noon, check in 4.30 pm
• €150 refundable damage deposit, payable on arrival
• house to be left as found, if not an hourly cleaning charge will be deducted from the damage deposit at €20 per hour.
