Tramore Cottage, Dunfanaghy - terms and conditions

The cottage has a no-smoking policy. Booking deposit (non-refundable) of euro100 per week - with balance to be paid four weeks prior to the letting period.
- rental is Sat - Sat except by special arrangement
- check out 12 noon, check in 4.30 pm
- €150 refundable damage deposit, payable on arrival
- house to be left as found, if not an hourly cleaning charge will be deducted from the damage deposit at €20 per hour.
