The holiday home is located on an elevated peaceful site overlooking Lough Swilly Marina and Sailing Club. It enjoys breathtaking panoramic views  - views that sweep over Lough Swilly and Inch Island towards the iconic Grianan of Aileach ring fort.

The holiday home can sleep 10 people in four large spacious bedrooms. it is within walking distance to a  blue flag beach, two award winning restaurants /pubs, including the Red Door hotel. The local North West Golf Club at Lisfannon is a 3 minutes drive while the internationally renowned Ballyliffin Golf Club is 28km to the north.

On a clear day recline on the patio or in the conservatory enjoying the spectacular views as yachts sail in and out of the bay below. Twelve Beacon Hill is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way driving route, ideal  to explore the beautiful Inishowen Peninsula. During the summer months the Buncrana to Rathmullan car ferry provides easy access to the equally stunning Fanad Peninsula.  The luxury holiday home is also an ideal for those who wish to explore historic Derry City from a more a tranquil base. Few places in these islands can offer such a compelling and unique experience for the visitor as the Walled City of Derry - its setting on the steep hills overlooking the wide sweep of the River Foyle, its distinctive architecture and its famous walls all provide enormous appeal.
