To the back of the house is a very large paved patio with all weather furniture. This is the ideal place for outdoor dining as it is truly a suntrap.

Sea angling is popular at the nearby Creevy Pier and there is a beautiful walk on the edge of the Atlantic Sea. Local activities include golfing at Murvagh and Bundoran, sightseeing, horse riding and water sports. Located within 2 ½ miles of Rossnowlagh, 3 miles from Ballyshannon, 14 miles of Donegal Town and 28 miles of Sligo. Nearby airports are Derry, Sligo Regional Airport and Knock International.

This is a good location for accessing the nearby counties of Sligo/Leitrim/Fermanagh/Tyrone and Derry.
