Atlantic Breeze - Rossnowlagh

Atlantic Breeeze is a purpose built holiday home located in Rossnowlagh along Donegal's Wild Atlantic Way. Rossnowlagh's renowned blue flag beach is less than 5 minutes walk from the doorstep of this modern self catering accommodation.

The holiday home itself is well equipped to ensure an enjoyable self catering holiday experience. On the ground floor there is an ensuite master bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bright dining area and a living room with 2 glass doors leading out to a south facing patio area. On the fist floor there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms with twin beds.

Atlantic Breeze is located in a small cul de sac development with 12 other properties. There is car parking and external lighting provided in this neat and well landscaped cul de sac. The holiday home has uninterrupted views across fields to sand dunes and the local hotel

The Beach and Surf Resort of Rossnowlagh

Rossnowlagh's blue flag beach  extends to the north-northwest for over 2km - from the cliffs at Coolmore in the south to the rocky outcrop at Carrickfad. It is one of Irelands main surfing beaches and is a mecca for both serious surfing enthusiasts and others who just want to have a go at Irelands fastest growing sport

For dining out there is a number of fine restaurants in the Rossnowlagh  area including the Sand House Hotel, Smugglers Creek, the Gaslight and Creevy Pier Hotel. All these establishments have excellent reputations, with menus offering a wide range of dishes, particularly of the seafood variety. The nearby towns of Ballyshannon (10km) and Donegal (16km) are very well served with pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops.

For the golfer the holiday home is centrally situated for playing the great links courses of south Donegal including the Donegal Golf Club at Murvagh and Bundoran Golf Club

The holiday home is an ideal base for exploring  South Donegal and the 3 other countries on its doorstep - Sligo, Leitrim and Fermanagh.  Within an hours dive of the holiday home the visitor will find historic Donegal Town, the Marble Arch Caves, the Ulster American Folk Park, Belleek Pottery, Yeats Country, Sligo Town, Mullaghmore, Lissadell House and the Fermanagh Lakelands

The living room is comfortably furnished with 2 couches and 2 single chairs. It has has a solid fuel stove, tv and dvd player. Double glass doors lead out to a south facing patio area.

The holiday home has a fully fitted kitchen with a range of modern appliances including cooker with electric hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer

A washing machine and tumble dryer are housed in a store area.

  Conservatory Style Dining Area

The conservatory style dining area is located to the front of the house and and features a table and 6 chairs. The high glass ceiling floods the area with natural light.

  Bedrooms

Accommodation in the holiday home is as follows;-

• Bedroom 1: Ground floor double bedroom with double bed and ensuite with electric shower, wash hand basin and toilet
• Bedroom 2: First floor - Large double bedroom  with 2 single beds with couch and TV
• Bedroom 3: First floor - Double bedroom with 2 single beds

There is also a first floor bathroom with bath and shower facility

Booking Details

A booking deposit (non-refundable) of €100 per week is required with balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
