The five day festival, running from October 27-31, will cast a spooky spotlight on the city and all it has to offer in terms of culture, art, imagination and of course fun<\/p>\n

City prepares for spook-tacular celebration<\/h3>\n

Europe\u2019s greatest Hallowe\u2019en celebration will be bigger and better than ever with a fantastic fun packed programme of family events leading up to the spectacular carnival parade and fireworks display on October 31st.<\/p>\n
