The kitchen (above), and the dining area (below), are pictured here. They share  a large spacious area, which opens to the living room to the front and the conservatory, or sun room to the rear of the cottage.

The kitchen area is fully fitted with modern storage units on a tiled floor, and there is a utility room just to the side. Appliances include an electric (ceramic) hob and oven with a matching stainless steel extractor hood, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and essential crockery, cutlery and cookware.
In the utility room, we have the microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also an outside clothes line.

The dining table has seating for six, but can accommodate eight. Outside the sun room, is a paved patio area, and there is outdoor furniture and a barbeque.

Electricity is included.
