It is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac 0.5 miles from the Harbour Bar at Downings Pier and approximately 1.5 miles from the Rosapenna Hotel and golf course. There are 4 houses in total in the cul-de-sac so its a safe environment for children. There is a good garden to front and back and room to drive right around the house.
