Sea Sessions Bundoran 2013 – Bundoran in Donegal has always been a popular destination for tourists and revellers alike. Manchester’s finest purveyors of dance music The Happy Mondays, New York Hip hop pioneer Grandmaster Flash, Cardiffs impossible to pigeon hole Super Furry Animals and Jazz/Hip hop fusionists Hot 8 Brass Band are just some of the acts that have graced the stage at Bundoran Sea Sessions in the past few years.

Sea Sessions has also seen the finest talent from across Ireland play including David Holmes who has worked with the likes of U2, The Manic Street Preachers and Ice Cube. He has also helped compile soundtracks to Hollywood blockbusters such as Meet Joe Black and Ocean’s Eleven.
Dublin native Conor O Brien better known as Villagers has also appeared at Bundoran Sea Sessions, he has a swarm of accolades to his name including an Ivor Novello award for his track ‘Becoming a Jackal’
There is plenty to savour at Bundoran Sea Sessions 2013 beside the music, the festival has a variety of surf and beach activities including BMX trial bike displays. It features the crème de la crème of the European BMX scene with the showcase happening on a purpose built course.
Bundoran Sea Sessions 2013 is family friendly with children’s workshops running at the festivals surfers’ village which is even suitable for toddlers. Activities include mask making and percussion instrument creation. Sea Sessions also serve fine gourmet food at cheap prices, differentiating itself even further from any bog standard festival.
