City prepares for spook-tacular celebration
Europe’s greatest Hallowe’en celebration will be bigger and better than ever with a fantastic fun packed programme of family events leading up to the spectacular carnival parade and fireworks display on October 31st.
Explore haunted houses, sail with pirates on the Foyle, listen to chilling ghost stories and enjoy puppet theatre and family film shows.
