Narin Blue Flag Beach

This photograph shows the wonderful blue flag beach at Narin in South West Donegal. It is a popular beach for swimmers, walkers, kite fliers and boating . With its golden sand and large sand dunes it is an idyllic playground for kids of all ages. Inishkeel island is located approximately 250 meters off the shore and can be reached on foot at low tide by crossing a tidal sand bank. Stretching along the length of Narin beach is Narin and Portnoo Golf Club – a superb natural links course which enjoys sweeping views of Gweebarra bay.
